- Pass the Competency Exams or Certification
At least four people in the organization must pass exam 70-334 (Core Solutions of Skype for Business 2015) and exam 70-333 (Enterprise Voice Skype for Business 2015) or obtain MCSE communications cert 1508.
Additionally, two of the four people must each pass the Technical Assessment for Skype Operations Framework.

Pay the competency fee
